I’m Chamilka Wijesinghe, a dynamic Human Resource Management and Business Strategy professional with more than a decade of experience shaping people-centric cultures and driving organizational transformation. Holding a Master’s degree in Labour Relations and Human Resource Management and currently completing a Postgraduate Diploma in Global Business Management at Centennial College in Toronto, I combine deep HR expertise with global business insight to create sustainable impact.
My career features award-winning innovations in HR analytics, onboarding systems, Power BI dashboards, and process automation, earning national and international recognition across Sri Lanka and Asia. I have led Lean implementation projects, enhanced learning ecosystems through Power Apps, and turned data into actionable insights through smart reporting tools. These efforts have empowered large manufacturing teams, mentored emerging professionals, and positioned me in key strategic leadership roles.
Now based in Canada, I am broadening my global perspective and preparing for the next chapter of my professional journey.
